Privacy Policy

The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration.

As a rule, it is possible to use our website without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address, or e-mail addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Server Hosting and Logs

This site is hosted on a VPS at netcup.

To protect your privacy and comply with data protection regulations such as the GDPR, we have configured our web server to anonymise IP addresses before they are stored in our server logs.

For this purpose, the last part of each IPv4 address (e.g. 192.168.1.42) is removed and replaced with .0, resulting in a truncated version like 192.168.1.0. Similarly, for IPv6 addresses, only the first four segments are retained (e.g. 2a02:810d:9440:8f40::), while the remaining parts are discarded.

This process ensures that no directly identifiable personal information is stored or processed through server access logs. The anonymised data is used solely for technical monitoring, error diagnosis, and the optimisation of this website.

Objection to advertising mails

The use of contact data published within the framework of the imprint obligation to send advertising and information material that has not been expressly requested is hereby prohibited. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam e-mails.
